I adore beautifully groomed brows; They're one of the most elegant facial features a girl could have. That said, we're not all blessed with brows like Audrey's, so I've been on a mission recently to find the next best thing...
Over the past few weeks, I've played with countless powders, pencils, stencils, and gels, in hopes of discovering the products that actually yield full/fabulous results. Many were terribly difficult to work with (messy nylon fibers, liquids that stain...), but a select few instantly won my heart.
Those that impressed me most:
Chanel Le Crayon Sourcils
I love the long-lasting, natural-looking fullness that can be achieved with this pencil. The
spiral brush (on the end) also blends the product into the brow quite nicely. $28.
M.A.C Brow Pencil in Lingering
This automatic 'click-stick' wears wonderfully, and this specific shade works for (almost) any complexion/hair color. $14.
Shiseido Eyebrow and Eyeliner Compact
I apply this ultra-refined powder, with Stila's Dual-Ended Brow Brush, for dramatic brows (that don't overwhelm). $28.50.
Lancome Modele Sourcils Brow Groomer
This mascara-like gel keeps all those little hairs in place, and lightly tints the brows for greater definition. $21.
