Baby, It's Cold Outside

It's currently -10°C in NYC, so there shouldn't be a soul on the streets (that doesn't absolutely have to be), right? Well, that may be the mentality where I'm from, but the cold doesn't seem to faze New Yorkers one bit. They're a brave breed.
